Fantastic experience, delicious food and great service in a really nice atmosphere. They had all the little details right from table and chairs to lighting to a nice printed menu. Interesting set up with open view to kitchen. They never seemed to rush yet the pace was perfect. It was casual but professional. Was expecting much more. I found the flavors quite bland - st Germaine pea soup , muse bouche with mussels and cream base, even rhubarb and raspberries did not have the fresh flavor I would expect . Seriously impressive. Beats many Michelin Star restaurants in Paris.

Spacious tables for comfortable dining. Nice ambience, lighting, clean washroom. No music playing, which is good as I personally find annoying. The menu changes from time to time - we took the set menu and all items were delicious!
