An AMAZING meal to end what was a mediocre holiday.

My wife and I came away for 3 days to visit Marseille. We spent 3 days / 2 nights in the city and found it......well.....a bit mehhh 🤷‍♂️ mix of good things and bad things but nothing that would make us rush back anytime in the future tbh.

This restaurant though has been the saving grace of my 1st visit to France. We arrived a bit early so they weren't properly open but we were invited in and shown FANTASTIC hospitality by a really top guy (stupidly forgot to ask his name 🤦‍♂️) who made us cocktails and made us feel very welcome. He is 100% the nicest/friendliest person we met in France.

Ordered food and no joke it was ready in minutes, we have been waiting a good 40+ minutes in quiet restaurants in Marseille and been served hurried bland food but the food in this place was an absolute delight for our tastebuds. The pizza base is one of the very best I have ever tasted and I have tasted/made many over the years, topped with the perfect amount cheese, basil, pine nuts and olives, then I was offered home made chilli oil and WOW this was just the icing on an amazing pizza 🥰

My wifes burger was cooked to perfection, matched up with the perfect amount of friends in the bun like tomatoes/salad/potato waffle/sauce, just delicious!! The chips also are just insanely good, i am scottish, I know chips, these are GREAT home made thick cut chips 👍

Brilliant service, brilliant food, brilliant drinks (a lot cheaper than Marseille), brilliant price for everything, this is one restaurant you should not miss out on!!

Visited walking from the airport with zero expectations. Turns out they serve a fantastic pizza.

But what really made my experience at this restaurant unforgettable was the staff. When a fellow diner's birthday was announced, the whole staff burst into song, clapping and cheering as they brought out a slice of cake with a candle. It was heartwarming to see how much they cared about their customers, and it made me feel like part of a big family.

Overall, I would highly recommend this pizza restaurant to anyone looking for a delicious meal and a welcoming atmosphere. The pizza is simply amazing, but it's the staff that makes this place...

Decided to take a 15 minute walk away from the airport Hotel for an evening meal. Great reception by the owner who was really friendly. Service was swift and politel. I had a great pizza and accompanied it with a beer. Place quickly filled up with English and American. None of these spoke any French but the attentive owner took time out to explain what there was on his menu. Everyone seemed to enjoy their food which was served up promptly and was not just pizzas but salads and pastas too. Manager got a great way of dealing with customers. Can see why they get...
