Bill's Burger Vitry-sur-Seine — Restaurant in L'Haÿ-les-Roses

Food is great but they have very poor customer service , the manager is also very incompetent… we ordered the “buy one get one free” double smash burger and two “buy one get one free” small cheeseburger things . None of them came with the “buy one get one “ part . The staff was very unresponsive and mute and the manager treated us of liars. For 40€ something , i got 3 relatively small burgers (for three very hungry adults ) and two fries and sodas (which is weird because i thought they said i hadn’t ordered a combo :p and even checked the cameras after we asked them :p ) the fries came without the burger , and two missing burgers …. Anyways wont be going to that branch or chain ever again they clearly dont know about customer service done properly . And as a restaurant owner myself, this is not how u keep customers coming . Dont order from their uber eats its a scam… was here on vacation was looking for a better experience… specially where people are...

Première et derniere fois. Faire des sandwichs en grande pompe pour les influenceurs insta mais ne pas savoir accueillir le reste de sa clientèle c'est juste naz. Des boissons chaudes un vendredi à 19h30 c'est pas top. De plus qd nous sommes arrivés le Mr à l'accueil était occupé à recharger le frigo il a fallu attendre 10min et finir par lui demander de prendre notre commande pour qu'il nous dise que ça se passe à la borne . On était 4 et avons du attendre 30min nos menus alors que deva't nous il n'y avait que une table de 3 personnes et 1 personne qui attendait sa livraison (Uber eats j'imagine). Tout ça pour avoir des steaks carbonisés et un pain space (cf les photos) et des boissons pas fraîches. L'hygiène n'en parlons pas. Ça collait partout par terre (je ne parle pas de l'entrée car une boisson s'était renversée mais de la salle en hauteur. Les toilettes un scandale. Franchement quelle déception. Le goût c'était du basic franchement on est venu du 95 pour ça autant aller chez g la dalle ou xl burger et alors l'accueil franchement le Mr si il n'aime pas son travail faut le changer ou le mettre sur un poste ou ya pas de contact avec les clients. On a pas demandé un tapis rouge mais un minimum "bonjour, je suis dsl ms je suis débordé une boisson est tombé par terre je vous invite à aller vers la borne pour prendre votre commande". Bref. Première et dernière ! Le point positif les frites sauce Cheddar étaient super bne et la fille qui est arrivé par la suite était bcp plus sympa et souriante que l'autre porte de prison ! C'est tout....
