La Toscane — Restaurant in L'Haÿ-les-Roses

This is a MUST to visit place for authentic Italian cuisine in Paris, confirmed by real Italians. We visited the Restaurant with my family and my cousin’s family while visiting Paris. We were a total of 9 people. We approached the crowded restaurant and ask for a table for our party. They were prompt to sit us down all together, no complaints!! Right beside us there were 3 Italians having dinner who confirmed the restaurant’s food indeed represents the true Italian cuisine. The waiter took all of our orders and was patient enough to translate the menu for us as we do not speak French. The food came out quickly and exceeded our expectations. The Pizza was beyond delicious, like no other we have had in Paris! Then it was time for dessert….oh my,… the desserts are delicious to say the least, please look at the pictures which speak for themselves…I have to say our waiter (Karim) was very patient, professional and very friendly. He was fluent in Spanish and English, which are the only languages we speak. Karim made us feel welcomed. I wish i can rate zero or negative rating for staff. One of the worst experiences of my life. Came to this restaurant after reading review about food but had worst experience of my life. They refused to give us table and offered the table to other family who came in front of us. We waited for 50 minutes at their door,they completely ignored us. I felt discriminated and not happy with costumer service. They should try to be more welcoming to tourists. Show some respect to people 🙏 specialy when they are with kids.I want to say Specialy to manager and other staff not to pick your guest on based of their race, colour or origin. The salad was very nice. The pizza had a nice crust and the ingredients were fresh, but it could be a bit more seasoned. The restaurant was fully booked maybe that's the reason that the three waiters were not very present all the time to take some more orders, therefore there is a deduction of a few stars. Anyhow they have been very friendly. Summarized it's a nice restaurant to enjoy a pizza. It's located on the main street so it's a bit noisy due to the many car's, but the ambient in the open, let's call it winter garden...
