Burger King — Restaurant in Langres

I visited in March with my family, A family of 6, the service was very good, the machine was so easy to use, available in English and French for people that don’t speak French like us lol, the customer service was good I can’t really say about it because we just ordered on the machine and was served. There was an exceptional staff, she speaks English and French, she looks middle aged, she served us very good and even if we didn’t need a lot of service cause u think that’s why the machine is there lol we were very happy with the service. All our order was brought on time only a milkshake which took just a little time and the food was savory, too too good, hot just the way we wanted it. This restaurant is very good and the price to be honest is fair enough for the taste and quality of the food. The environment was very neat the restrooms also, might I add that the cutleries and dishes were very clean we were given disposables and the cups were also really clean the other cutleries were disposable and that’s very good and hygienic. Passée il y a peu, leur borne a eu un bug, et j'ai été facturée d'un menu à 10€90 pour avoir JUSTE le hamburger. Je remarque d'abord la boisson donc j'en parle directement sur place. La manager je présume, comme à son habitude, aimable comme une porte de prison Russe carrément à ce stade vu comment elle prend de haut les clients.

Je rentre ensuite et remarque qu'il n'y a pas non plus l'accompagnement. J'appelle donc et comme toujours la chère manageuse décide de prendre de haut en indiquant que c'est ma faute si je ne sais pas lire un ticket???

Hors, à quel moment il paraît logique de faire un menu à 10€90 avec juste un hamburger.

J'ai certes perdu mon sang-froid, mais comment ne pas le perdre quand on a une manageuse qui prend de haut et essaie de vous faire comprendre que vous n'êtes qu'une débile qui ne sait pas faire un menu.

Non seulement, l'accueil n'est pas agréable mais EN PLUS on nous fait passer pour des demeurés.

Super le professionnalisme, même si c'est pas noté, quand on est un client fréquent et qu'on paie le prix du menu, le geste peut être fait. Franchement j'appelle pas ça avoir l'âme commerçante, surtout quand elle ajoute un magnifique "Vous n'êtes pas contents vous allez chez Mcdo".
