Well what do I say. That was super delicious! I had the Montagnarde with an egg added and it was so good. The bacon was butchers grade, the potatoes cooked just right and the cheeses brought it all together. The galette was so buttery and fresh, it all worked so well together. The desert was equally delicious. The 'Ile de Brehat'. A crepe with a red berry coulis, a magnificent cherry ice cream. This restaurant was recommended by our hotel and for good reason, the crepes are delicious and the atmosphere is cosy and fun. We stopped in Treguier as part of our hike along the Côtes d’Armor so after a good day of walking this was a lovely way to finish the day. Comme bon nombre de personnes ce servant de leurs telephonne nous avons donc décidé de nous fier aux avis des autres ..... Grave erreur.... Accueil plutôt froid et sans sourire , assis dans un salle où la décoration n a pas sa place ,blanc et neutre... P'tite salle où le plafond est bas donc renvois les conversations des nombreuses tablées dans un brouhaha incessant ,difficile de tenir une conversation dans ces conditions ... Après un choix difficile ,car beaucoup trop d innovations qui ne sont pas toujours de bon goût, beaucoup de sucré/salé,...la tradition parfois ça a du bon! Mon choix se porte sur une galette de chèvre/Guéméné. Première impression ingrédients peut être frais mais juste posés dans des galettes et réchauffés, tranches de chèvres ,des tomates ( pourquoi?),et l andouille même pas snackée ...juste deux rondelles posées !! Enfin bref pas de cuisine ... N avons pas tenté le dessert sommes partis avant d'avoir perdu l usage de nos oreilles.
