Best restaurant in town with family management (chef in the kitchen and wife in the salle). As long we already had our daily dose of oysters by the local producer along the coast, we decided for two main entries, jumping the starters. In any case it has arrived a small glass of scallops' cream with a perfect mini bignè standing over it. Main entries were scallops sautéed with a "fregola" with mushrooms and a turbot's filet with local legumes and a sauce. Portions were ok, this is not the restaurant for big mouths but for conscious foodies. The equilibrium of different tastes and the attention to local production was what impressed. I liked the zero km purpose, they might underline it. Wine by glass from a small carte, but it's ok. They might try to rotate the cellar bottles with week purposes.
