Le Melting Pot — Restaurant in Largentière

We had an amazing meal and experience at Le Melting Pot last night. We had a party of five and they were able to seat us in a great spot outside without a reservation. The service was outstanding! Everyone was a kind and welcoming to us. We had a couple of local IPA’s to start that were excellent and my wife had the Cocktail of the Moment which I highly recommend. Dinner with friends and family, on a MONDAY night? Place was busy, music cool, waiters were hustling (but very attentive). Even given my rudimentary French, they we’re very intuitive and delivered flawlessly. The foie gras was excellent, amuse bouche a pleasant surprise. The espadon was sumptuous and ris de veau quite good. So many options, and remember… it was MONDAY. Desserts were satisfying and the coffee was a tremendous finish. OMG, these people are so friendly. And the food is delicious! Affordable as well. We walked into an alley, our daughter was hungry and this place had a table available. There is very pleasant music playing in the background. The gentleman had 10 different ice creams for our daughter to choose from. The lady wished us a pleasant holiday when we left.
