We stoped here for lunch during a chateau drive through the Médoc area. We had fresh summer rolls, fried pork spring rolls, chicken salad for starters. The summer rolls were good. The fried spring rolls were. Or as delicately crispy as I had hoped. The chicken salad was ok — the dressing tasted identical to the dipping sauce for the rolls. For entrees, we had seafood caldron, duck breast and a beef satay fried pork salad. I’d say all the entrees were ok. Nothing wrong with them but also no wow. Many people visiting Paulliac might overlook this side street restaurant, but I would urge you to visit Co Ba. It runs rings around the sea front eateries.
