The food is delicious, but the management and service is the worst restaurant I have ever encountered. We are a Taiwanese group of 22 people, we have been treated very unfairly, very rudely and discriminatory against the group.
First of all, if your restaurant doesn't like to accept groups, then just refuse to accept group guests, we don't have to eat at your restaurant. But since you have received group guests, please show the service attitude you should have, not differential treatment.
There are 17 6-seater tables at the scene, and we are arranged as 4 6-seater tables in the middle of the restaurant. All 17 tables, tableware, wine glasses, and bread are neatly arranged, waiting for the arrival of guests, but we are the only table (4 6-aeater tables, 22 people) without any bread basket on the table.
The group leader responded twice, but did not get an immediate response. When the cold soup was on the table, the waiter still didn’t serve us the bread.
The bread was neatly placed in the bread bowl, but just place on the counter of the restaurant, and it could be served to the guests within five steps, but the waiter was Not willing to serve bread to our group of 22 guests.
Until the group leader made the third response, the waiter replied that "bread will be served when the entrée comes."
That's the word I can't stand anymore, I took the waiter on the spot to look at 4 tables that had no guests seated, and one table that was serving cold soup, and point the table asked the waiter, "If you said that bread will be served when the entrée comes, then may I ask why all other 13 table already placed the bread now on the table? Except our 4 tables with 22 people.
The waiter's reply was "you are different".
May I ask what is meant by "you are different"! ? Did we not pay? Because we are group guest, should treat differently? Or do you want to save money on bread?
Only at my request, the waiter provides each table bread that should have been neatly arranged in advance.
I am also a restaurant owner, and there are certain standards for the preparation of the restaurant. If the other 13 tables can be placed with bread in advance, why is it that only the 4 tables with group guest do not even have a basket of bread.
This shows that the restaurant originally planned not to provide bread to group guests, which is really outrageous.
Discriminated against like this, even the most delicious food will be greatly reduced.
The story is not over yet, after my main meal came to the table, the waiter took the bowl with two breads and threw it on my table without saying a word, only on my table.
What does it mean? Did I ask you to make up the bread? What do you mean by throwing a bowl of bread when the bread on the table is not finish yet? Are you upset to me?
I very much hope that all this is just an oversight, but the waiter's reply "you are different" is just a way of saying that you treat group guests differently.
In the end, it’s not that individual or group customers who don’t know French or English are inferior, but those who don’t know how to respect people are inferior. This kind of treatment just made me understand how poor the education and training in restaurants is.
Chefs, the food is nice, but this is not the restaurant you guys should stay, you guys deserve better...

Read moreWe were looking forward to coming for months and it was unfortunately underwhelming. I own a travel company and brought my clients here today. We all have traveled a lot to France and other countries around the world, so this review comes with experience. First of all, I emailed in May a change in the number of people coming today, as well as emailed yesterday, and never got confirmation. And today we showed up and there were too many settings made. There should be an option to "modify" your reservation, not just "confirm" or "cancel" online if no one is actually reading correspondances. When we arrived, there wasn't a nice greeting or welcome, fine. But only 2 of our 6 dishes were really enjoyed- the fish and the veal. The lamb was over cooked. The steak was raw on one end and overcooked on the other, with a lot of it being fat. The fries were short pieces, like the ends of what you'd expect of a full frenchfry, not the actual potato. It was shared in the correspondance and saw that it was noted on the computer reservation at the restaurant that we had a vegan. However, the meal came with obviously non vegan mashed potatoes and fried parmesan stick things... so who knows what else wasn't vegan. It seemed very unorganized with the staff... we had four different people visit our table. Two meals came out, then five minutes later, two more, then many minutes later two more- so we finished at different times bc otherwise if we had waited, someone's food would...
