Simply the best wonton soup in all of Lille.

I visited this city in a cold night, where the chill swept through my coat and made me long for warmth. I happened to step in this cozy restaurant, and the scent of freshly cooked food envelops me like a warm hug. The staff greeted me, making me felt welcome and comfortable. I ordered a bowl of hot wonton soup noodles, and when it arrived, the steam rose invitingly from the bowl.

I slurped the first spoonful of soup, the broth was rich and savory, with a depth of flavor that came from hours of simmering. The wontons were delicate, their thin wrappers embracing a filling of seasoned pork and shrimp that bursted with flavor when I bit into them.The char siu meat was incredibly tender and juicy, melding perfectly with the soup for an even more harmonious flavor. As I ate, I felt the warmth spreading through my body, chasing away the cold. The combination of the hot soup and the hearty wonton created a sense of comfort.

After finishing my main dish, I decided to try a slice of pandan cake. The vibrant green color of the cake is like a stark contrast to the savory meal I just enjoyed. The soft, fluffy texture of 3-layer cake melted in my mouth. The subtle, sweet flavor of pandan, with its unique nutty and floral notes, provided a refreshing change from the rich, savory soup. This cake felt like a gentle, soothing end to my meal.

I will definitely come back...

Je suis très déçue par ma commande. J’avais commandé un Bo Bun au bœuf, et bien que la quantité soit là, la qualité n’y était pas. Beaucoup trop de nouilles (trop cuites et toutes cassées), un demi nem, et à peine quelques morceaux de bœuf. Pour le prix, c’est vraiment décevant, surtout que les nouilles, ingrédient de base, étaient ratées.

Concernant les rouleaux de printemps à 9€, la photo montrait qu’il y en avait 4, mais j’en ai reçu seulement 2. Ça fait donc 4,50 € le rouleau. Je veux bien payer ce prix, mais à condition qu’ils soient à la hauteur : avec de l’omelette, de la coriandre, de la menthe… quelque chose de frais et généreux ! Là, ils étaient presque vides, sans goût et franchement pas à la hauteur.

Je ne recommanderai plus chez ce restaurant. Rapport...

J’ai récemment organisé un dîner chez moi et j’ai choisi de commander des nems à emporter dans ce restaurant. Et quelle belle surprise ! Les nems étaient absolument délicieux : croustillants à l’extérieur, savoureux et bien garnis à l’intérieur. Chaque bouchée était un vrai régal.

Tous mes invités ont adoré, et nous avons accompagné ces nems d’herbes fraîches, de légumes croquants et d’une sauce nuoc-mâm parfaitement équilibrée. Un pur délice !

En plus de la qualité exceptionnelle de la nourriture, le service était impeccable. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et accueillant, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus agréable.

Je recommande vivement ce restaurant à tous les amateurs de cuisine vietnamienne. Une chose est sûre, je reviendrai...
