Pies and Potes — Restaurant in Lille

I move a lot in France and when I'm in Lille I often come to Pies and Potes. I love the brit atmosphere, all the objects here and there, the food of course and the possibility to eat all the afternoon (a cultural absence in France when you want to eat good dishes). I appreciate the quality of their pies and their seasonal cart. Cakes, cookies and tea are really good too, but it's not my core. Love the interiors. Very cozy and comfortable. Friendly service. Always with a smile. We had pies and different desserts with coffee. It was brilliant. I looooved the pastry. It was absolutely delicious. Of course, the beef was fantastic too. But the crust matters 😜😆

The desserts were delicious. So was the coffee. But I must say I preferred the savoury pie to the dessert. It's a matter of choice, I guess.

Warm and Hommie! Such were the vibes of the beautiful British cafe. The interiors are fantastic and full of raw decorations.
