Burger King — Restaurant in Limoges

I visited this BK on a Wednesday evening, about 9:30 and I was surprised it was busy, a good sign! We ordered via the touch screens, which was in French (possibly there was an option for English), hoping for a quick service, unfortunately we waited about 20 minutes for our order, which was brought to our table. When the food was finally served at the table , late, at the order reference didn't show up on there computer, I asked if the food would still be at least warm. Nope, 2 cold burgers with Luke warm chips. Complained on the website & was promised an answer, but nothing. The place was packed out & didn't fancy waiting another half hour to be served again. J’ai passé commande ce soir, le 27 mars, via Uber. Une fois la commande réceptionnée, je me rends compte que le burger que j’avais choisi ( un master provençal en menu ) n’était pas le bon, ni les nuggets. J’appelle le restaurant afin de l’informer et de voir ce qu’il est possible de faire, je me déplace donc dans l’établissement pour récupérer les articles manquants. Mon conjoint fut accueilli par SONIA la manager de ce soir, qui fut EXÉCRABLE ! Elle a complètement démentie les erreurs de la commande, alors qu’elle l’a elle-même préparée, et a oser dire pendant la préparation de notre commande « le master provençal y en pas c’est pas grave » et qui c’est permise de le changer sans prévenir et a volontairement biaiser la commande ( information donner en toute honnêteté par la coéquipière devant la manager qui apparemment n’en n’avait rien à faire ) ! La coéquipière Nassulati, quant à elle très agréable et professionnelle à rattraper les erreurs de l’horrible manager, qui même devant les clients, était très agressive et parlait extrêmement mal à ses coéquipiers qui doivent rattraper ses erreurs !
