Our first visit to this recently opened restaurant. A really great addition to the restaurant options in this lovely town. It is situated in what was a prison but charmingly and sensitively converted into a lovely restaurant. The menu is small but very well balanced based on local ingredients converted into a range of interesting dishes with a mix of French and Moroccan flavours. We really enjoyed our Plat du Jour which was a Dahl accompanied with a fluffy rice and naan. We chose several small dishes of a perfect mature gouda with a violet and onion mustard, a delicious Cul Noir pate as well as a wonderful aïoli with tapenade.
