We had to wait for our order (table service) for more than 30 min. When our number disappeared from the list, we went to check it out at the counter. Half of our order was already set on a tray, nothing happening to it. Everything on the tray was cold, drinks were flat. The order wasnât picked correctly, and after pointing out what was missing, we still had to go back to the counter 3 more times for things that were missing/not ready/wrong flavor. What a horrible service, they did tell us they were understaffed. They seemed to have loads of staff being on the work floor, but it just seemed like they were not organized. They mumbled a quick âsorryâ after coming back for the 4th time for napkins, but they didnât even comp anything or offered us anything for waiting for cold food so long. Other than that, all tables were dirty, we had to wipe of our table and bench, as it was all gross.

Je commande un menu. Jusque-lĂ , tout va bien. Jâattends⊠10 minutes⊠puis 20⊠puis 30. Mon ami, lui, reçoit son plateau servi Ă table, peinard, sans souci. Moi ? Jâattends toujours comme un idiot, collĂ© Ă ma table, les yeux dans le vide, le ventre qui grogne, lâespoir qui sâĂ©teint minute par minute.
Au bout dâun moment, je me lĂšve (avec lâinstinct du dĂ©sespoir), et là ⊠surprise : mon plateau mâattendait depuis Dieu sait combien de temps sur le comptoir, seul, abandonnĂ©, comme un pauvre cheeseburger orphelin, en train de refroidir doucement dans lâindiffĂ©rence gĂ©nĂ©rale. Aucun appel, aucune notification, aucun regard du staff. Rien. Silence radio.
Pourquoi mon ami a Ă©tĂ© servi Ă table, et pas moi ? MystĂšre. Un grand moment dâinĂ©galitĂ© logistique. Peut-ĂȘtre un tirage au sort secret ? Une loterie inversĂ©e oĂč jâai gagnĂ© le prix du âclient fantĂŽmeâ ?
RĂ©sultat : un repas glacĂ©, sans plaisir, sans chaleur humaine ni culinaire, et surtout une immense frustration. Jâai littĂ©ralement mangĂ© ma colĂšre avec des frites molles et un burger qui avait le goĂ»t dâun oubli.
Et quâon ne vienne pas me dire âfallait demanderâ â quand je vais au resto, mĂȘme un fast-food, je ne suis pas censĂ© mener une enquĂȘte policiĂšre pour retrouver ma commande. Le minimum, câest dâinformer le client. LĂ , jâai eu droit Ă zĂ©ro communication, zĂ©ro logique, zĂ©ro professionnalisme.
Bref, Burger King Lisieux, si vous vouliez me gĂącher mon repas et me faire regretter mon passage, câest un sans-faute. Pour une chaĂźne censĂ©e vendre du âfastâ, jâai eu du âfroidâ, du âflouâ, et du âfrustrantâ.
