McDonalds — Restaurant in Lisieux

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Awful and definitely not worth the €52 we paid. The only saving grace was the older woman (I think she might have been a manager) who brought out our lacklustre food and also took our trays when we were done - as did another man (who might also have been a manager).

You'd think that with as busy as it was, they could have given us fresher food, but the fries were stale and cold, the salad was just sad (ordered a Caesar salad for €14.25!!, just got lettuce, croûtons, and some shaved parmesan with a few chunks of breaded chicken, and it only came with a walnut vinaigrette, not an actual Caesar sauce). The sauces on offer with the chicken nuggets were strange and unpleasant. And we wound up ordering extra 'sauce pomme frites' since it didn't allow us to order with the meals.

The restroom was smelly, dirty, and the toilet seat was wet. I didn't dare use...

Awfully crowed, staff was overloaded... They did not manage it well. They served us quickly I can't tell it was not but because Sandwiches were poorly warm, so does fried making them disgusting. They did too much and too early.. they clearly panicked. Floor was disgusting as well, the toilette.. let's not talk about it.

And the staff was not stressed and not friendly... Not their fault but come on, you are suppose to work with customer service as main target.

It was suppose to be a good moment for kids, it finished poorly....

It was spontaneous visit, kids asked for it. We took 2 Happy Meals and was struggling to order it, because it was really old-fashioned menu machine. Ok, we did it. Next challenge was to wait in queue to pick up order - there is no info monitor and personal not speaking in English completely. In the end, we realized the tasty of fried potato is really weird and have completely different taste from other McDonalds, the main thing - it was a stunt of old fried oil. So, it...
