Restaurant Château de Noizay La Renaudie — Restaurant in Loches

The restaurant opened a couple of months ago, as well as the chateau. I found it on the Michelin Guide, it is Assiette Michelin. Everything is new, clean and beautiful. The service was superb, they were really kind and the chef, who is the owner of the chateau, came out to check on the diners a couple of times which made it even more special. Une adresse remarquable que je recommande sans hésiter. Le rapport qualité/prix est excellent, avec des mets savoureux mettant à l’honneur des produits locaux et de saison. Chaque plat témoigne d’un véritable respect du produit et d’un réel savoir-faire culinaire. Le cadre est absolument magnifique, à la fois paisible et raffiné, parfait pour un moment hors du temps. Le service a été à la hauteur de la cuisine : discret, attentionné et professionnel. Un remerciement tout particulier à Princesse, dont l’accueil chaleureux et le service impeccable ont largement contribué à rendre cette expérience mémorable.

S’il fallait évoquer un axe d’amélioration, ce serait peut-être d’étoffer légèrement la carte des plats — très bien réalisés, mais les accompagnements étaient plutôt simples — et de proposer des desserts un peu plus aboutis, à la hauteur du reste de l’expérience.
