I’m from Spain🇪🇸, and this was my first time eating at an Algerian restaurant — and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I especially want to congratulate the women in the kitchen, as the food was absolutely delicious. I particularly enjoyed the bourek and the lamb couscous, but if I had to highly recommend one dish, it would definitely be the bourek: crispy, flavorful, and filled to perfection.
It was a stop along a road trip, and honestly, if you’re passing by, this place is a must-stop.
A special shout-out to the waiter as well — he was incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional throughout the entire meal. His service made the experience even more enjoyable.
Without a doubt, a place I’ll be coming back to. Highly...
Read moreWhat an absolute gem of a place! We stopped in for lunch and were blown away by the incredible flavors of Algerian cuisine, which was a first for us. Every dish was fresh, full of authentic taste, and clearly made with love. The warm and welcoming atmosphere made it even better—it truly felt like being a guest in someone’s home.
We also couldn’t resist taking some of their sweets to go, and they were phenomenal.
This lovely family has created something special here, and we can’t wait to return. If you haven’t tried Algerian food before, this is the perfect place to start. Highly...

We made our way to Les artisans after some sightseeing, and it was such an amazing experience, we were blown away. Our French is, allegedly, pretty bad, and they made sure we understood everything and even gave us some solid advice.
The food was nothing short of mind-blowing -the best couscous I've ever had - and the service made us felt at home. Thank you, Haouaria and Ahmed, if we ever find ourselves around southern France, we'll make sure to visit you again.
P.S.: we went back the very next day. It was truly that good.
