The boss of this place is an abject disgrace and a bully who openly recognised that we had had poor service but that was our problem not his. The incident arose over a plate of langoustines which was completely over cooked: you couldn’t get the flesh out of the shells because it was mush, though obviously I tried several hoping I might find a few decent ones for my friends to taste. The waitress (Morgane) took the plate saying we would get a discount. They took 2€ off a 22 € plate: saying we had eaten half the langoustines so what did we expect?! We hadn’t EATEN half, we had TRIED TO EAT less than half. If we had known we would pay for 90% of the overcooked food we would rather have tried to eat it than send it back AND pay for it!!! My friend and I have never been treated in such a way, ever. I have lived in this area for over 30 years and I was treated like a two bit tourist. He obviously has no inclination to retain custom. Knowing he is in a prime location he feels he can treat people like dirt and get away with it. The slow and unprofessional service (though mostly friendly hence 2 stars) made us miss a show we had bought non refundable tickets for. But there was no reasoning with this big bully who turned from agression to insult with some of his team (including Morgane) joining in, literally jeering at us and making obscene gestures. At first I got the feeling we were going to be treated as tourists. We waited verry long at the entree and noone payed attention to why we were there. We had reserved for 6 people (5 and a baby). I went up to the bar and we were helped after that and then things changed. They treated us verry well an verry sweet. Our daughter Sophia was VERRY hungry. And she was seen. She got her food before anyone elses and she could smile again! We payed the same as we did at buffalo grill, but this was 100 times better! Moules et frites were amazing! The Hamburger was huge!!! L'acceuil par les serveuses est plutôt sympathique, une fois installé à table c'est une autre histoire. On vous indique la table réservée et puis vous attendez environ 15 minutes avant qu'on s'occupe de vous. Nous avons choisi ma femme et moi le menu à 28€ pensant trouver une valeur sure et bien maitrisée par leur cuisinier. En fait il n'en est rien les portions sont mesurées, nous avions choisi un pavé de turbo. L'assiette est arrivée froide mais surtout je n'ai jamais mangé quelque chose d'aussi insipide, l'accompagnement du simple riz blanc , un trait de polenta bien fade une compotée de tomate basique, franchement ils se moquent du monde. Sans compter le service, l'assiette balancée sur la table sans un mot de la serveuse, incroyable impolitesse, surtout après tant d'attente. Je ne vous parle pas des desserts, une misère, boule de glace, fromage blanc, far breton (je leur apprendrai bien la recette). C'est lamentable cet établissement ne tient que par son emplacement sur les quais face à la mer et je ne vous parle pas de l'inorganisation de cette équipe qui court partout dans tous les sens sur un fond sonore d'Edith Piaf un peu agaçant après une heure d'attente, le tout sans résultat efficace.La personne qui semble être la patronne ne trouve rien de mieux à me dire face à mon mécontentement " Ha vous savez il y a beaucoup de monde ce soir" comme si de vrais professionnels ne pouvaient faire face à ce genre de situation, incroyable !
