A really welcoming oasis in the heart of Auray with good food and guidance on allergens with excellent English spoken if needed. There are gluten free and vegetarian options (during the good value midi menu but also a la carte in the evening) and the friendly host could also advise us on other ingredients such as dairy. The fish was tasty with a distinct and surprisingly complimentary mango sauce while my family enjoyed tasty pork dishes and gluten free desserts. Pleasant decor with tasteful background music. We visited twice and this was our favourite restaurant while in Brittany.

Sur le conseil d'une commerçante bien avisée, nous avons fait étape au" Tinel", à la cantine en breton. Quelle agréable surprise!. Déjà, un cadre agréable, une patronne dynamique, prévenante et sympathique quant à la cuisine originale et différente de celle que l'on peut croiser dans la région, mais très gouteuse. En conclusion, nous nous sommes régalés pour un prix tout à fait correct .Nous étions de passage mais nous y reviendrons volontiers. En attendant, je recommande ce restaurant.

Went on the off chance there was something gluten free and there was. World food, varied menu. Run by knowledgeable couple. Amazing English spoken. Really tasty food. Lots of help and advice on holiday plans. Would definitely recommend and book ahead as it’s small. Lots of space between tables....
