Lucie is not only kind, but she also speaks with heartfelt care when describing the teas and pâtisseries she makes herself. Though her salon opened only recently, she has long been sharing her handcrafted teas online. With her background as a pâtissière in both Korea and France, it’s no surprise that her pastries are exquisite.
Her salon feels cozy and warm. When I visited for brunch over the weekend, the food was all homemade, and full of thoughtful touches. I loved that she served broccoli guacamole instead of avocado, a creative and sustainable choice made for the planet. The Vanille Basque cheesecake was unforgettable, creamy, delicate, and rich with quiet elegance.
