We recently went to this restaurant, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The ambiance was inviting, with a warm, cozy and joyful atmosphere with a beautiful decoration. The service was impeccable—attentive, young friendly staff who made sure every need was met without being intrusive. Now, onto the food! Each dish was a masterpiece, bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. We ordered a meal and a dish. The kebabs were too good. Tasty and yummy! From appetizers to desserts, every bite was a culinary delight. Only I would like to mention about the meat (agneau) was not well cooked. It was a little hard to chew. Whether you're a meat lover or vegetarian this restaurant excels in offering something for everyone. Regarding the conclusion of our visit, I'd like to mention a minor issue with the bill. Unfortunately, we didn't receive a receipt detailing the prices of the drinks and food items. While settling the payment, we noticed a slight disparity between our order and the bill, amounting to a difference of approximately 3 to 4 euros. Despite this discrepancy, we opted not to raise the concern due to the exceptional quality of the food. We had an unforgettable dining experience. I can't wait to return and indulge in more.

Great food! Disappointing experience 😖 I visited at 7.15 one evening in July, based on google maps reviews. Just one table was occupied on the terrace: the sullen youth waiter seemed genuinely put out when I asked to occupy a table outside. The food was excellent, but the young waiter continued to be sullen, grudging and generally not fit for purpose. When he brought my main course I ordered another glass of wine. He forgot it - by this stage he had a total of 3 tables with 5 people to consider. It must have been very taxing… now imagine if they are full outside and inside -the experience he would deliver? When he came to remove my main course plate, I reminded him about the wine. He didn’t seem particularly concerned or embarrassed. The wine also arrived in a water glass, so I had to pour it from that into my original wine glass (just for the record I have worked as a Barman, refuse collector, toilet cleaner in nightclubs and street sweeper. I have always worked with diligence, good humour and willingness). Finally when I came to pay the bill, I was given no bill, just a number quoted at me; the menu I was given didn’t include a drinks section in it so I had no idea of what drinks cost. Well, I don’t know if they’ll read this review, because their opening hours were recorded wrongly on google maps (so I corrected them…). But if they do: 1. Keep up the great food. 2. Include a drinks section in the menu, and issue bills with a clear break down 3. Train your waiter to smile, be friendly and efficient and take pride in his work. Or sack him. Without being smug, I’m a management consultant now. But this advice is pro bono.

We came upon La Palestine restaurant on our first night in Marseille. The moment we went in we were greeted with warm welcome. The decor and the ambiance is very nice. Saeed was very kind and friendly. He explained the menu to us and gave us some recommendations. We ordered the Mezza with the Maqloubeh koufta and chicken. Let me just say that we devoured everything that was placed in front of us. The food was delicious! This was one of the best Middle Eastern food we ever had! We ended up the meal with some delicious tea and dessert. Overall I give this whole experience 10/10!

The best hummus in Marseille! The service is very low, you have to be raising your hand for them to come, but I guess the delicious food compensates it. You have to take the brochettes 22.50 Menu, it is very good and it has has the best appetizers, the hummus is just from heaven, the best I’ve had in Marseille. The tortilla (idk what to call it) that comes with the appetizers are hot and the texture is good. I totally recommend this place! You just have to know what you’re gonna get in advance because it is always full

This is the best restaurant in Marseille! I do not say that lightly! My friends and I have tried most restaurants in the area at this point, but this restaurant has absolutely surpassed my expectations! Every dish I tried was better than the last. I highly recommend trying every dish on the menu and be sure to remember to finish with a coffee and a baklava. You will find that the staff are incredibly welcoming and the hospitality is unmatched!!

If Palestenian (or Lebanese or any other east mediterranean cusine) is for your taste palette, you will enjoy every bit of food of this restaurant. As a family of 4, we found every dish so delicious. Chicken skewers were especially tasty. We also liked the lemon coctail. (what they call it coctail but really similar to mint lemonade.) The service was so friendly, we had a joyful evening :)
