We happened upon this place one evening traveling from the north to Berk sur mer. The sunset was amazing and the view spectacular. We returned a few afternoons later to walk the path between the two Caps. Parking is ample but, tight. The path is easily navigated by most. Each time we were there it was quite windy, so prepare for that. In the bright sunshine it is a great and easy hike. The path is far enough from the cliff edge for the feint of heart or parents with free range children (like me) to feel safe. I guess on a clear day, you can see the cliffs of Dover England. I'd...

Perfect for a day trip! Beautiful beach. Easy access from parking. A nice, but windy, hike to walk on the sandy beach and then back via the fields and cliffs.

Seeing The White Cliffs of Dover across the sea so clearly is a delight.

Great that toilets are available by parking. The water taps for hands didn't work. No benches/chairs so if you want to do a picnic, bring a blanket! And try to find a spot out...

Wonderful beach for swimming and hiking. The water was very pleasant when I was there in July, probably around 20°C. The sand was very fine and it felt very safe swimming here.

Go directly to the beach in order to view the cliffs instead of going to the viewpoint. You can hike to the top of the cliff where there’s a monument of some sort. We spent most of the morning here to enjoy the view and fresh air. When it’s not cloudy, you could see the White Cliffs of Dover in England! Do watch out for the tide as it can come in quite quickly.
