Boulangerie pâtisserie du Marché — Restaurant in Mont-de-Marsan

This bakery is a little out of town, and so is apparently frequented far less by tourists than locals

On our first visit we bought delicous tchouks, which are custard-filled pastries, and 2 chocolate tartlets, all of which were delicious

There's more than enough to choose from if you beat the locals to getting them - on a second visit we saw 3 different tartlets sell out while enjoying a delicious Pomme D'Amour and Strawberry tartlet with a coffee. Breaking the delicate white chocolate protecting the moussie strawberry and apricot contents of the Pomme D'amour, was a bitter-sweet experience

We also took a loaf of Duo De Blé home with us - a bread baked with a hard wheat and a soft wheat. I've never had bread with such an incredible texture - marshmallow and chewy, and absolutely delicious on its own, or witbh salted butter and olive oil

There's a triple chocolate tartlet...

There are many options around, but this in my opinion is one of the best, open early with endless options of bread, sweets, pastry and gourmet dessert to choose. Event chocolates, if you go early enough you can see the bread made in front of you. Totally recommend including...

Belle boulangerie pâtisserie à Mimizan bourg, belle sélection de pain complet campagne etc .. les viennoiseries sont excellentes, je recommande le pain chocolat aux amandes . Les pâtisseries sont goûteuses et appétissantes à prix très raisonnable.
