Birdy Nem Nem — Restaurant in Montauban

Delicious! Just spent a very happy forty minutes eating absolutely delicious Asian Street Food (that’s what he calls it) here. We arrived kind of late in the service and the guy (working all alone) was beavering away producing food for lots of customers ahead of us. He warned us it would be 30 minutes and warned us he didn’t have several menu items. Later he came out to apologise that some other menu items were now missing too. We were getting a little disheartened after maybe 40 minutes wait (a bit longer than he’d thought)………then the food arrived! Totally scrumptious spring rolls and then bowls of absolutely delicious noodles and beef (for one of us) and a pork salad for the other. I think we were the last to be fed tonight as we saw him turning others away. Couldn’t have enjoyed the food more! So very good. My advice?
