L'Angle — Restaurant in Montauban

Ate here with my family while on holiday in Lunac. It was around a 25 min drive but worth it. We knew our youngest would not eat here so we fed her before we left and once I explained this to Laure it was fine. All the food was amazing. I had a pork dish with a grapefruit and citrus sauce to start that was light and fresh. My wife had trout in a vegetable tagine that was also very tasty. My daughter and I went with a veal main that was cooked to perfection and tender. It was with a jus that was rich but not overpowering the veal. It was served with a light creamy polenta and some grilled courgettes and aubergine. My wife had the vegetarian dish that was based on potatoes with some very tasty burnt pak Choi and a slightly spicy vinaigrette. The dessert was like a raw chocolate brownie inside a lights shortcrust pastry covered in a lightly whipped cream with a very tasty spiced crumb on top. It was to die for. Dining is above all a human experience, and for me the best restuarants offer the warmth, enthusiaism and care that we would hope for. And the menu - inventive combinations, superbly prepared and presented. Arnaud's energy, attention to detail and shared delight in his customer's enjoyment of the courses create a real sense of welcome, and of an evening well spent. J'ai eu le plaisir de découvrir ce charmant petit restaurant intimiste, et je dois dire que mon expérience culinaire a été tout simplement divine ! La décoration soigneusement choisie par le talentueux chef cuisto Arnaud a créé une ambiance chaleureuse et accueillante, mêlant élégance et confort.

Dès mon arrivée, j'ai été enchantée par l'atmosphère qui régnait, et cela n'a fait que s'amplifier lorsque les plats proposés par le chef sont arrivés sur la table. Chaque assiette était une véritable œuvre d'art, et on pouvait sentir l'attention aux détails et la passion qui avaient été investies dans leur préparation.

La qualité des plats était exceptionnelle, et j'ai été ravie de constater que la finesse et le bon goût de la décoration se retrouvaient également dans chacune de mes bouchées. Chaque plat était un délice pour les papilles, offrant des saveurs harmonieuses et des associations surprenantes.

Un point qui mérite d'être souligné est l'accessibilité de l'établissement pour les personnes à mobilité réduite. C'est une démarche appréciable qui permet à tous de profiter de cette expérience culinaire exceptionnelle sans aucune limite.
