Le chalet Mas Millereau — Restaurant in Montpellier

Five stars for the excellent food. The menu may be small, but every dish is crafted with such care and expertise, it really shows. The oysters were the freshest we’ve ever had (they fish them themselves!), and everything was incredibly flavorful. The staff were extraordinarily kind and welcoming, especially to families. The view? Absolutely breathtaking.

We came on short notice and had trouble finding the place at first but we called and they literally waved us in from the street! One small tip for families with very young kids: bring a high chair if you need one, or maybe the owners could consider adding one.

Although the street offers a wide choice of restaurants, Le Chalet Mas Millereau impressed us so much from the first evening that we saw no reason to try anything else on site. We decided to spend the last evening of our summer trip here, and it was a perfect choice!
