Visited the restaurant on 21 August 2018. Asked at one employee whether the vegetarian burger contained any dairy products. [First employee giving wrong information:] She said "No". I implored her to check. She walked towards a huge overhead panel with - supposedly - all allergens marked. She seemed to scan and read the panel. Came back to me. Confirmed: "No dairy products, no cheese in or on vegetarian burger". So I ordered the vegetarian burger. [Second employee giving wrong information:] When another employee brought me the vegetarian burger, I asked her as well. She said that there is no cheese in or on the burger. I sat myself at a table, took a bite, and got a cheese flavour in my mouth. I stood up, found an in-house McDonald's' magazine, flipped through the pages and stumbled upon an ad for the vegetarian burger. It said: 'comes with a delicious cheese finishing'. [Third employee giving wrong information:] So I walked back up to the counter, showed a third employee the ad. She read the note in the ad, then insisted that there was no dairy with the burger. [Fourth employee giving wrong information:] A fourth colleague that was standing next to her, overheard our conversation and said that there was no dairy in the burger. [Fifth employee finally giving correct information:] Then, yet another employee - a fifth one (!) - jumped in and finally corrected all of her four colleagues that had had it wrong - saying that the vegetarian burger DOES HAVE DAIRY (cheese) in it. Good job, McDonald's! Great proof of your high level of employee training! PS. In some European countries dairy free burgers are available at McDonald's' restaurants. Read moreI've ordered my food on 24/08/2022 at 12:58 (order ID ESP 2, one FishMac menu and a goat cheese wrap) and at 13:17 I still didn't have it, so I asked the manager how long she believes it'll take to receive my order as my bus was leaving at 13:20. She told me it's likely to be around another 10 minutes so I asked her to cancel my order and refund my money.
She said no and advised that my order will be prioritised which I appreciated greatly and I indeed received my order within 2 minutes.
I wish I hadn't! I think they took my burger and wrap out of the rejected/ messed up pile of foods because this was without doubt the worst culinary experience of my life. The burger bun was rockhard and for some reason I had two fish fillets. The burger was old and saggy , frankly it was disgusting. But the bigger issue was with the mini goat cheese wrap which didn't only look unappealing but it had BACON in it! I am a vegetarian and haven't touched meat in 9 years. Today I swallowed a piece of bacon thanks to McDonald's.
As I had to run to make it to my bus, I couldn't complain on the spot it is certain that I will never set a foot in a McDonald's again! I'm absolutely appalled and I'll certainly take...
Read moreHoly French McDonald’s!! This place is BIG! Located at a gas fill stop and station, this McDonald’s has like 10 computerized ordering stations to place your order. They have 20-30 tables, indoor and outdoor seating, and a kids play area to contain your little one and occupy them while you are waiting for your order.
They have lots to choose from on the menu, but if you want to get something modified or customized for your needs, good luck. You can remove something from your sandwich but there are no options to add anything to your order.
We elected to get a few of the fish sandwiches for our meal and a side of fries.
They have a kids menu and happy meals with toys for the little ones and small eaters. They even have veggie McNuggets for those who don’t eat meat.
Nothing was exceptionally cheap, but it fit the standard McDonald’s flavor and flair.
