Pour mon premier passage dans cette pâtisserie, j'ai sentie un accueil en demi teinte. j'ai choisi une pâtisserie au caramel et châtaigne, visuellement elle était très jolie mais au gout s'était la catastrophe... Pas de peps, le caramel au beurre salé était absent, leger gout de chataigne, pas de jeu de texture,pas d'acidité, la couche du dessus était trop collante. Le chef joue beaucoup sur le visuel il faudra maintenant penser aux gouts. Pâtisserie bien en dessous de son confrère avenue Saint Lazare...
