RESTAURANT LE CHARLIE FOLIE'S — Restaurant in Moulins

Unfortunately, a very disappointing experience. The restaurant was poorly organized – we had to wait over an hour for our food. The staff seemed stressed and unfriendly. Several dishes were delivered incorrectly or brought to the table without being ordered. My hamburger bun was hard and barely edible.

And the best part came at the end: we were there as a larger group, and when it was time to pay, the waiter insisted that one person should cover the entire bill. When we asked to pay separately, he threw a calculator and a notepad on the table and told us to figure it out ourselves. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Would not...

Really nice but there are some major problems: Not all the order are on the menu list. They are splinted between a board and the menu list. My cocktail wasn't arriving for a long time. I finished eating it didn't arive yet. The food is still good. I also don't like the tables. My feet don't enter under it🤣
