Burned pizza and terrible employee service. I won't return. The base of one of our two pizzas was completely burnt. We ate two slices until we realized the charcoal taste. I informed our employee, he barely apologized and disappeared. We hoped that maybe another pizza will be brought to us, even a smaller one. We hoped that we would be asked if we were satisfied or if we would need anything else. Came the bill charging two pizzas. When mentioned that one of the pizzas was practically burned, the employee reaction was that we were bothering him. Tried a discount of 2 euros (to see if I shut up) which I found offensive because the total price of pizza would be around 12 euros. I decide to pay the full price because I was not trying to eat for free nor the money asked was our main complaint. Politely explain that this is not how you serve and treat people. I would never serve that pizza to anyone, client or friend. We left hungry (2 adults and 2 children). Two of the employees didn't care if they do a good job and people leave the establishment satisfied. I certainly won't be back. I'm just sorry that I didn't take a picture. It was...

Positives: Decor, Ambiance, service, prices. Negatives: The food, parking.
Décor/Ambiance/Service: Good sized and good looking restaurant on Rue de Mulhouse (Saint-Louis). Off-road parking is tight. The warm, welcoming décor was great from the moment we walked in. It’s a clean and nicely done out restaurant. The atmosphere is really relaxed. Service was sullen, but efficient.
Food: We ordered Pizza Parma, Pizza Napoli and a Menu enfant, beer orange juice and coke. The prices were reasonable. Unfortunately the food wasn’t good. The Pizzas were greasy, stodgy and a lot of work to eat. I had the impression that margin on ingredients was more important than quality of the food.
Because the décor and ambiance was so good I’ll give this one a 3 out of 5 overall, but the food is 1-2 out of 5. Very disappointed and we have no plans to...
Read moreOh my freaking goodness I loved this place.
The food, the restaurant, the service, the location. All amazing. The servers accommodated us very well. Initially my wife and I choose to sit outside, but we changed our mind after our water came and asked to move inside. The gentleman was happy to help. It wasn't that busy inside so it meant we were able to sit by ourselves and not right next to another table which was nice.
I had the Verona pizza, and my wife had the gnocchi. The food was amazing. We were there for maybe an hour and a half and enjoyed every bite. The staff were very friendly, though some of them dont speak great english (beware of that. My wife speaks french so was no problem for us) though there were a few that did speak english.
If you like italian food, this is a great place to go. We loved it there....
