Wow these people really care! We ate here during our stay nearby and was blown away! One of the best meals we've ever had. I booked a few days before and was greeted straight away by the owner/cook who seemed to great everyone, nice touch. We were shown to our tabled and the menu explained in english which was helpful. My girlfriend is vegetarian and had several options to choose from, very unusual in France. The food was unbelievable as was the service. There are a few standard options on the menu but these are supplemented by the meat and fish of the day, meat was veal when we visited. We were the only english speakers in there but we're still made to feel welcome and the staff went out of their way make sure we understood everything. The bill for 2 people, 3 courses, 2 beers and a coke came to around 70 euros - so cheap for what you get. If you cant tell, I cant recommend this place enough - I'd probably have it for my last meal...

Our serveuse was such a pleasant host and the ambiance was warm and inviting. This was perhaps the best lunch I’ve had in France (I lived in France for three years in the 80’s). Such a jewel to find...

There were at least 10 open tables but according to her the kitchen would not have been capable of handling any other order (most people were already eating dessert though). I don't think I have ever witnessed such an arrogant and unfriendly host. Real hospitality would look and...
