Pizzeria La Napoletana — Restaurant in Nîmes

This is hands down the best pizza you’ll find in the wider vicinity of Avignon. I’ve been to several pizzerias ranked in the Top 50 Best European Pizzerias, and some of the pizzas served at Pizzeria La Napoletana come close to that level, or are right at it! I usually try the Margherita, and it was just delicious in it's simplicity. The crust of the Neapolitan-style pizza was light and airy with a beautifully blistered edge that had just the right amount of chew. The center of the pizza was delicate and tender, with a soft, almost creamy texture that gently yielded to each bite. It was rich in flavor, absorbing the freshness of the tomato and mozzarella, while the slow fermentation gave it a subtle, complex tang. Light yet satisfying, it practically melted on the tongue. I would very much recommend! Bonjour, je ne suis pas du style à laissé des avis. Clients depuis quelques temps a votre pizzeria, je suis extrêmement déçu de ma commande aujourd'hui. En effet, 2 pizza commandé qui son arrivée brûler sur la croûte et légèrement en dessous. La pizza au fromage était dans un état, fromage jeter dessus et pas a tout les endroits. Impossible de la prendre à la main sans que la pizza ce désagrège. La 2nd pizza également brûler sur les croûtes et les olives toutes en tas sur un rebord de la pizza.

Pour le reste également déçu, a la commande on nous dit 19h, mais on récupère la pizza a 19h30. 30 min a attendre sur le trottoir, impossible de demander quoique ce soit car la dame au comptoir ne te calcule pas. Tellement déçu, que nous ne reviendrons plus. Pourtant nous sommes clients depuis l'ouverture et nous voyons un véritable laisser aller, cela...
