Excellent, warm reception, already felt from the telephone conversation for the booking and confirmed at arrival at the restaurant. Limited tables at the small, picturesque square, so make sure to book early. We had to sit inside but it turned out to be fine. The meal was elegantly presented and delicious. Great find. Nestled in the village square of a small village in the Aude-Corbieres wine region. Really tasty food, service impeccable and you can just taste the passion that goes into the dishes. The menu is very reasonably priced for the quality of the food. The pig trotter pancakes were heavenly as was the cabillaud. Nicely curated wine list as well.
