The view and the pool is outstanding. But something has happened to the service during the 7 years we have been visiting. It was just me and my husband we got two sunbeds for 380 euros. (Before we got a cabana for the same price). We reserved 4 days prior to our visit but they still couldn’t give us sunbeds next to the pool even if there was many chairs available and I made that as a request at the same time as the booking. All those small things they did before doesn’t exist as coming with complimentary water, changing towels after a couple of hours, no Hermés soap in the changing room anymore just cheap bad smelling pump soap, no hairdryer etc.

We also had lunch at the restaurant and it was the worst experience ever. We are two people and they could not manage to bring the food out at the same time. So my husband had the burger and after 15 min my food came Seabass Tartar which was tasty when it finally arrived and I was eating alone. They said sorry but they didn’t do anything to compensate not even a cup of coffee. Instead they added two burgers to the bill instead of one. As ordered. Just said they are sorry and blamed each other. As they did when we waited for our food. We where really disappointed from the overall experience, having this place as one of our favourite locations we will think twice if we will come back in the near future. So sad for such a beautiful place that we have so many memories from. Leaving this review and hoping it will get better. Meanwhile there are much nicer places to visit when you are in the...

I would like to start by saying how much I appreciate Club Dauphine and the beautiful setting you have created at the Four Seasons Cap Ferrat. I’ve always enjoyed the atmosphere and the views, which is why I was particularly disappointed with my most recent experience on 10th August.

On that day, I was at the club with two other adults. We paid €240 per person for the beds alone, and of course, we also ordered food and drinks during our stay. Unfortunately, several aspects of the service and cleanliness fell far short of what I expect from Club Dauphine: • Our beds were located far from the service area, and it took over 15 minutes before anyone came to take our order. • At the restaurant, all our food was placed very close together on the table, with dishes stacked right next to each other in an impractical way. • The chair and the floor in the dining area had visible food leftovers, which made the setting feel unclean. • We asked if we could move to beds located closer to the main area, but were told they were taken. However, we noticed those beds remained empty for the entire time until we left around 4 p.m.

This was disappointing, especially given the premium prices and the otherwise high standards associated with your venue. I truly hope you take this feedback seriously, as I would love to continue coming back to Club Dauphine but expect service and cleanliness to reflect the luxury experience you...

Came here with my wife on our honeymoon.

The pool and restaurant are beautiful and the area is very scenic, but our experience was poor. We visited for drinks/lunch. During the course of our meal, the service completely fell apart:

We ordered a coconut drink and were told it was unavailable, but saw other guests order and receive the drink a bit later. If they suddenly restocked, no one followed up to tell us it was available Our order did not arrive for ~45-50 minutes after it was placed. Countless other guests who ordered after us received their meals first. Our food came only after we asked about it (our waiter made a poor excuse for it being late) The salad we ordered came as the incorrect order We were not given a focaccia bread appetizer served to all other guests We asked for a drink menu but were never given one and had to go to the staff area to ask

We spoke to the manager who seemed apologetic and ultimately removed two of the less expensive drinks we ordered, as well as the salad, from our bill. Honestly that was the least she could do. After spending four days in Paris and two days around the French Riviera, this was the worst service we encountered in all of France. Nowhere else did it seem like we were intentionally ignored by our waiter.

Would not recommend. There are too many other options with perfect service, and...

Beautiful Setting, Average Experience Club Dauphin has one of the most impressive settings on the French Riviera. The pool is enormous and beautifully positioned right above the sea, with views that really are second to none. The overall atmosphere is calm, stylish, and exactly what you’d expect from a Four Seasons property. That said, the experience didn’t fully live up to its potential. Service was fine, but nothing exceptional—efficient enough, though not particularly warm or memorable. At this level, you expect something more polished and attentive. The biggest letdown was the food. While the menu covers Mediterranean staples, the execution lacked the creativity and refinement you’d hope for in such a spectacular setting. Dishes felt more adequate than inspiring, and for the price point, it’s an area that could use improvement. Certain selections of fish were also clearly not fresh and cooked from frozen. Verdict: The setting alone makes it worth a visit, but when it comes to food and service, there’s room to grow. With a little more focus on elevating the dining experience, Club Dauphin could truly match the magic of its location.
