La Drome Des Couleurs — Restaurant in Nyons

The initial reception on walking in was cold and unwelcoming. It was difficult to find an inside table which was not in the glare of the sun through the windows. I asked for a Kronenbourg and got served a different beer. I ordered the cod, which was overbreaded and rather dry. My companion had the duck which looked OK. On leaving, I asked for the bill and the owner pointed me at the counter to pay, whereupon she left me standing there while she engaged in a 5 minute conversation with people seated at a table. Drinks: ok. food: too expensive, there are better options nearby. Based on the review on TripAdvisor I booked a table. The food was fine, but not really good. And one simple plate for eur 20 (and no more course menu's) is simply not done, compared to other restaurants. I did not have a 'restaurant evening feeling' in this restaurant.

When we left, the cave(wine)-part of the restaurant was really busy, so I think this is more a wine bar than a restaurant. I will not come back,...

De passage pour 3jours à dieulefit, du 30 au 1er janvier, nous cherchons un restaurant pour le 30au soir. Nous réservons dans une crêperie, en arrivant à 20h, restau fermé... Nous en cherchons un autre, et à la 3ème tentative, nous entrons dans le restaurant la Drôme en couleurs. Accueil chaleureux, cadre très sympa, fauteuils enveloppants et confortables, pour la cuisine, pas mal de choix. Nous avons opté pour un T.bones de veau et jus d'ail, un foie de veau et un cheese burger. Tout était très bon.
