Hotu Mahana — Restaurant in Pāʻea

Went there around 9/10am looking for a place to eat since most places were close, welp im glad i did, i had order “the breakfast fish” as the sweet lady described it and it was AMAZING it was very flavorful came with rice, i dont know if they gave it to me or it came with the dish but i got coffee, bread, and a plate of sweet fruits one in specific i have not had or seen since i was a kid (the purple one in the pic) star apple.. went the next day and had the “Chinese noodles” it wasnt so grate but still was good the virgin...

Plus side; Lovely location, parking, delicious food, generous portions, good menu. Negative side; The service was a catastrophe and ruined our evening (2 couples for dinner). 1 hour wait for food, messed up orders, one order forgotten etc etc. As some consolation the manageress did not charge...

I was skeptical at first because this place doesn’t have many reviews, but was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and the staff’s friendly service. The food came out very fast and tasted great - we ordered the tuna carpaccio, honey balsamic duck breast, and scallops....
