One of the best restaurants you can find in the region. The concept is wonderful – there is no menu to choose from. Instead, the two owners, Béa and Bo, will get all of their ingredients from local, organic sources every day and serve a fantastic menu based on the day's produce. Vegetarians are catered for extremely well if you give them a heads-up. They make their own wine (the red is delicious) and have a few other options from local, organic producers. It's not only about having an excellent dinner made out of fresh, local ingredients. Not even about the fantastic patio and great atmosphere. It's also about the wonderful hosts, who make sure that everyone is having a good time eating their fabulous French-Danish dishes. Everything, from the sourdough bread to the smoked cod (all of it homemade), is just delicious. And the price is so adjusted, that it seems that you're cheating the owners.
