Naudo Beach Club — Restaurant in Perpignan

I had dinner with some friends Saturday 10 of June, it is basically a nightclub serving food. First table we sat at was centimeters from the speakers. At 20:30 the music was turned up to an insane level (insane for having dinner).Thankfully they let us change to another table. Thumbs up for that. At the next table we could at least scream to each other. I have nothing against loud music but please if you are marketing yourself as a restaurant why this insane volume when the majority of your clients are still eating? My ears was actually humming when I got home...

Food was OK. The ceviche had no taste of lime or lemon so something was obviously wrong there. Waiter was stressed and forgot two dishes. After reminding he forgot again... Same thing with two...

Great place to spend a day on the beach. Beach beds available at a very reasonable prices. Best service I have had in France in years, personalized by owners and a great team and family. Piña Coladas the best in the Mediterranean. Great selection of local and regional wines at decent prices. Food was great and plentiful and would definitely be back for lunch there. I completely recommend this place and would have gotten 5 stars but the bathroom needs cleaning and servicing often. Hope they fix that for next time, I understand it was busier than usual but the bathroom cleanines is a reflexion of...

Comment, un dimanche de juin, pouvons-nous être ma compagne et moi à 15h32 à la maison alors que nous avions réservé pour déjeuner et 2 transats au Naudo Beach ?

Nous avons réservé hier dans la journée pour aujourd'hui. 2 repas plus 2 transats en précisant bien que je suis handicapé et que je souhaite avoir une table facile d'accès.

On me répond que la réservation est bien prise.

Aujourd'hui nous déjeunons tranquillement en précisant à de multiples reprises que nous avons réservé 2 transats avec un accès facile me déplaçant difficilement en béquilles sur le sable. À 3 reprises on m'informera que la réservation a bien été faite et que les transats nous attendent.

À 14h30, nous finissons de manger et demandons à rejoindre nos chers transats pour profiter du soleil et de la plage après une semaine de travail.

On nous informera que les transats sont pris. Étonné par cela je demande ce qui peut être fait. C'est alors que les plagistes glissent maladroitement 2 transats être les nombreux transats déjà installés.

Étant encore une fois handicapé je ne peux y accéder et refuse cette proposition. Aucun geste commercial ne sera proposé ni même un verre d'eau offert.

Étant habitué aux plages les plus sympas françaises et monegasques j'avoue avoir été plus que déçu de l'accueil réservé au Naudo.

Sincèrement pour le prix demandé il existe bcp mieux, plus humain et moi s usine. Contactez moi si vous voulez des adresses.
