During my visit, I opted for the “Flash” menu, which included a fresh salad, accras (crispy fish fritters), the fish of the day (tuna, I believe), rice, and a baked potato-cheese dish that seems to be a Guadeloupean staple. Service, however, leaned towards a more “island time” pace—relaxed, perhaps too much for those in a hurry. That said, the laid-back atmosphere complemented the overall aesthetic, making it a place where lingering over a meal feels natural.

Best restaurant ever in Guadeloupe! The food is not only fresh and healthy but also flavorful. I particularly enjoyed my fish if the day, which was a standout. Prices are quite reasonable for the exceptional quality offered.

The children's menu, as seen in the last picture, is thoughtfully crafted, showcasing their consideration for young diners. The service is incredibly kind and friendly, making each visit memorable.

The ambiance is great with a view on the sea, adding to the overall dining experience.

Apres moults avis positifs vu, jai testé l'Anthonys a la principauté de Anse B.

Au menu: accras planteur et Bielle sec colombo de poulet (pour le mioche) poisson chat grillé espadon grillé flan au coco

Réservation faite par téléphone le matin avec une dame tres sympathique. Elle nous a reservé une table côté mer (vue magnifique !).

Alors pas de chance, on est venu un jour ou beaucoup de choses manquaient (la serveuse nous a expliqué les raisons) donc seule la carte du jour etait dispo.

Les accras etaient excellent et la sauce juste exceptionnelle !

L'attente entre les accras et les plats a été longue, petit point négatif.

Une fois les plats arrivés, ils etaient bien présentés et donnaient envie.

Seul bémol, a la vue mon espadon semblait trop cuit et a la.découpe confirmé, inmangeable. Javais bien demandé a la serveuse de faire attention à la cuisson, donc jai fais une réclamation à la serveuse

Elle meme de suite a constaté et a meme confirmé quelle avait specifié la cuisson aller retour au cuisinier. Elle sest excusée et a renvoyé le plat. Bonne note pour le geste et le "sav".

Une fois la bonne cuisson arrivée, la.régalade ! Le riz zux legumes, les haricots verts, le poisson et la.squce des accras...miam !

Jai gouté le colombo du petit, lui aussi tres bon !

Madame a beaucoup aime son poisson qui etait effectivement cuit à la perfection !

Le flan au coco etait excellent servis avec un digo offert (Clement VO).

Belle initiative, je ne chipote pas du coup meme si je tacle sur le rhum, soyons chauvin et offrons un rhum local, surtout pour les touristes cest mieux :)

A l'addition au comptoir, le patron nous offre un punch maison excellent et on passe un bon moment avec dautres clients.

En résumé, un tres bon restaurant, le personnel est vraiment tres sympathique, de la tres bonne cuisine locale avec une vue imprenable.
