Few restaurants in our region (Pays Bigouden, Cornouaille) manage to combine exceptional cuisine with equally exceptional service and atmosphere — but Haut Linage does just that. It’s my favorite among the area’s finest, and a place we’re always eager to return to. Together, they infuse the restaurant — minimalist in design but rich in atmosphere — with an energy that’s instantly uplifting.

Every menu they create is a celebration of flavor and finesse. From the generous selection of amuses-bouche to the beautifully prepared mains (last night’s focus on seafood was a particular highlight), right through to the delicately fragrant desserts, each dish showcases the best of local ingredients. After 38 years of visiting France this is one of the best restaurants we have ever frequented. Everything was just as it should be. A welcoming, relaxed and congenial atmosphere; friendly, well-timed, correct but unstuffy service and an outstanding level of cookery and presentation. Every dish from the beautiful amuse bouches to the delicious desserts were full of interesting and subtle flavours. All were perfectly seasoned and a real delight for the taste buds! Le restaurant Haut Linage à St-Per est un bijou culinaire que je recommande vivement à tout le monde. Dès que l'on entre, on est accueilli par un sourire chaleureux et une ambiance charmante qui crée immédiatement une atmosphère accueillante.

Le menu est une véritable fête pour les sens. Chaque plat est préparé avec le plus grand soin et le plus grand dévouement, en utilisant uniquement les ingrédients locaux les plus frais et de la plus haute qualité.
