Le P’tit Coin — Restaurant in Rambouillet

A very nice "coin" located in the main street of Dampierre, few steps away from the castle. It is ideal for a coffee, a drink or to eat something simple and tasty. There is a lady in the kitchen who prepare everything "à la minute" and there is a gentleman who take care of the guests in a good way. The ambiance is small, cosy and calm. The fish and chips is exactly how it must be: crunchy and tasty! The fish was fresh and the french fries were also crunchy...simply perfect! The Vichyssoise is a surprise in the mouth... and the "Puffs" is full of cream and some delicious peaches...It was simply wow! The "focaccia" bread was also very good! It was served warm, with also some delicious bread. A very good...

Lovely young couple who make fantastic food. Their fish and chips is wonderful, light crispy batter, not fatty or greasy, with the recipe picked up from their time in the UK. The crab vichyssoise was also divine. Good knowledge of the wine list, Nicholas made some very good recommendations. Well worth a visit, simple food...

Super restau, la carte est vraiment innovante avec des plats recherchés, des saveurs subtiles qui apportent de très bonnes surprises, pour un prix vraiment très correct ! Tout est fait maison avec des produits frais, la carte change régulièrement avec un plat végétarien à chaque fois, c'est ce que j'ai pris, c'est très bon, j'ai aussi goûté les plats de mes amie.s vraiment très bons aussi. Les quantités sont parfaites. La carte est conçue par une jeune cheffe très inspirée, c'est moderne mais pas trop "revisité bizarre", au contraire on découvre vraiment des saveurs super équilibrées. La terrasse est très agréable, un peu en retrait de la route donc calme, fleurie et ombragée. La patron très sympa et ouvert. A 20 minutes de St Quentin, parking à proximité, accessible PMR. A découvrir et comme la carte change régulièrement, ça donne envie d'y...
