Great spot in champagne area. Beautiful curated daily menu at a great price point. The amuse bouche were a display of the foresight and technique to bring ingredients together. For starters, we had the hake with peas, rhubarb, and fennel - very fresh, tender, eye catching way to start the meal. We were surprised by getting peas in 3 different ways, in 3 different textures, especially the pea ice cream was pleasantly unexpected. For mains, we had the chicken with lemon and pistachios, which was very tender, full of flavor, perfectly complemented by the carrot puree, but what made the dish stand out were the fava beans with mussels to its side - a fantastic complement to bring a zing to the dish Finally, the cheeses were a perfect way to end the meal. Combination of local creamy cheeses, beautifully accompanied by blackberries and parsley - like picnicking in a...

A wonderful experience! We enjoyed exquisite cuisine that was made of the finest ingredients, cod and steak not overly spiced or salted but subtly flavored with The most healthy ingredients put into the sauces and accented with the accompanying fruits and vegetables. The service, the wine, and the coffee were also excellent. We will go back there.

Had dinner here on a quiet night in March. What a great experience. They served a tasting menu. The dishes were inventive and with many interesting components. But above all - tasty. Couldn't fault the cooking and friendly service. And it was fun to be able to watch the chef hard at work through a window into the kitchen. Recommended!
