Menu total does not meet the standard at all. The starter was nachos which was fine. The main was half a very small rib and a signature famous bacon burger where there was just one small strip of bacon to be found. Ordered the burger medium but it came rare and no this was really medium. The burger was not seasoned at all. The friet was fine but there was nothing else with it and it was not asked at ordering as well. The dessert was okee but for everything compared ro the pictures in the menu it does not come close. And the capocino was the smallest ever. Sorry but in this way a menu does not make sense at all when you deminimize everything.

The staff is polite but can not or did not want to speak English even a little bit. Also the request for English menu was not understood. To bad for a food chain like this and the negative experience. It looks like getting ritt off the clients and collecting money has taken...

The staff were very friendly and helpful absolutely no complaints there at all but after that !!!. I had steak to take out as I had to get back to my hotel quickly. I have been to 3 Buffalo Grills since I have been in France on business. The others were pretty good to be honest for a restaurant chain so I was expecting the same here.The food I got today was awful, The steak was definitely the worst piece of meat I’ve had in a long time and in any country that I have visited . It was impossible to eat as it was so chewy and full of fat . I had no disposable cutlery supplied no napkins. Not a great experience I’m afraid . I feel bad for the staff as they tried...

Avis très mitigé, heureusement nous avions eu la bonne idée de réserver car les personnes sans résa devaient attendre entre 30 à 45 minutes pour avoir une table. Je pense que le resto manque cruellement de personnels, malheureusement c'est les clients qui en patissent ... dès notre arriver, on nous balance la salade d'accueil, sans pain car plus de pain à dispo, il est actuellement dans le four ... il aura fallu 20 bonne minutes pour qu'un serveur viennent enfin prendre notre commande d'apero, on prend des sticks mozza à partager, qui arrivent très rapidement, mais il faudra attendre encore 10 min pour qu'on nous apporte nos verres. Mojito servit sans sucre, il faudra le réclamer car effectivement il a été oublié. Mon conjoint demande une pièce de bison qui est en rupture, tout comme le Chili ou encore le tartare. Nos plats enfin servit encore après une longue attente, et il nous faudra réclamer eau, sel, pain car rien ne nous est servit si on ne réclame pas ! Vient la commande du dessert, où sommes là encore obligé de demander à ce qu'on vienne prendre notre commande, mais il faudra attendre encore 10 min avant que le serveur vienne. Je demande une creme brûlée, qu'ils n'ont bien évidement plus ... il faut encore se rabattre sur autre chose, je prend banane flambée au chocolat comme mon conjoint, et il commande aussi son café et une liqueur menthe, histoire que l'on nous ramène tout en même temps ... la liqueur arrive immédiatement, mais pr le dessert il faudra encore et tjs attendre, et celui-ci arrivera donc complètement froid. Nous avons au total passé 2h dans ce resto, pour une note à 83e et un service déplorable. On sent que l'équipe est stressé, on les voit courrir dans tous les sens, ils sont débordés, ce n'est pas un plaisir pour les clients de venir manger dans ces conditions, et ce n'est pas un plaisir pour le personnel de travailler dans ces...
