We stopped into Urban Grill for some burgers during our travel to Rouen. We thoroughly enjoyed our burgers and the staff was great. The brioche rolls were so soft and the burgers were cooked to our requested temperatures. My burger was the chèvre and it was phenomenal.

Although we didn’t get any other dishes, we watched them prepare pasta dishes and they also looked great. We watched them prepare every dish with a great deal of love. They clearly cared about the food that was served to their patrons.

We were just passing through Rouen and only had an hour to eat. So we found the place because it was close to our bus stop and we just felt like a quick burger. What a pleasant surprise! It was fast and convenient, but also really well prepared. The burgers were much higher quality than usual fast food, and the menu was inventive, with lots of fun choices, and a wide selection of beverages, sauces, and desserts. If you're travelling towards Calais, I recommend taking a break here. The public parking wasn't expensive. The entire experience was pleasant and welcoming, from the first smile when we walked through the door. We ordered the 'Escalope de poulet mariné' and a children's menu, both of which were generously portioned and delicious.
