3 Brasseurs Sainte-Marie — Restaurant in Saint-Denis

Where to start? You will find plenty of parking spaces as it seats on a supermarket car park. In my humble opinion overall it is all plastic but the beer are above average and you can get a nice variety of beers in Reunion Island standard. The food however aie it is a total fail and a straight red card with no way to appeal. When you drive to the place you will notice people queuing something like more than 40mins to access a famous food « drive ». That sets the bar and tells you the level of food awareness around. Especially when you know if you park your car you can be served in a few minutes ( Please don’t laugh). Anyway back to our moutons. The basic rightful question would be asking what is cooked onsite ? The gravy served with the Souris d’agneau felt genuinely industrial at best rewarmed and 4 time too salted. NO chef who respects himself would serve such horrible dish. Nobody obviously tastes the food (any chef onsite at least?) I would not recommend to have foods there. Personally, like the other clown onsite I would go hungry instead of spending money here. What a joke.... When you know what this island has to offer food wise. You will be gobsmacked if you dare to dig. La Réunion does not offer its beauty easily treasure hunting is key...

Bonjour, je me suis rendu dans ce restaurant ce soir et ayant réserver pour 9 personnes et précisant qu'il y avait 2 enfants de mon de 5 ans , j'avais demandé de me placé sur des tables "basse". a mon arrivée on me place sur une table haute... demandant pourquoi on me répond que l'on a préfère ici car pas de place .. qu'il en soit ainsi... venu pour fêter mon anniversaire en famille je n'allait pas faire un scandale pour si peut. on commence par venir me servir alors que nous n'avons pas commander. nous le prenons a la rigolade (cela arrive de se tromper). Plus de 30 minutes passe avant qu'une personne vienne prendre notre commande . elle arrive 30 minutes tard (enfin les boissons). 2 boissons manquent à l'appel. Une réclamation est faite et les 2 boissons arrive quasiment après le repas. les autres boissons sont quasiment a temperature ambiante. Mon frere commande une cote de boeuf qui n'est ni salé ni poivré. quant a moi je commande un carpaccio de boeuf. la commande global arrive je commande donc une "réclame" puisque cela se fais ainsi. cette réclame arrive plus 35 mn après. mes invités ont quasiment tous terminer leurs repas que je n'avais pas commencer le mien. Apres trois ou quatre rappel un des serveurs demande a ce que je reçois les réclames en même temps 15mn passe la seconde tourné arrive donc. j'en commande une autre réclame et arrive encore a plus de 30 mn ... bref inutile de vous dire que mes invités avais terminer . j'ai du donc arrêter la et passer au dessert . lequel une crème bruler qui pour le coup était bruler et non caramélisé... Bref une prestation en dessous de ce que l'on attend de ce genre d'établissement.. Un problème de gestion de personnel ? ou peur de ne pas gagner assez ? Ps : Le carpaccio huile à la limite du rance ... Fritte mole...

We came here often and I observed that with time the food, the service is lower and lower. Today i took some time and looked at the servants and hardly is one smiling. I've noticed that between them they smile they say jokes but when they approach the customers, unfortunately the smile doesn"t follow. Another observation was the quality of our flam 4 fromages for wich the cheese was very scarce, i posted 2 photos to see that only in the center we had some cheese. It is sad because it is a nice place, one of the few of this kind on the east side...
