Dreadful experience.
Compared with other sites we've recently visited this was the worst by far. And that's being nice. 5 times we had to ask for missing items and it took around 40 minutes just to get a drinks order to arrive at the table.
There was plenty of empty tables so it could have been better and the male manager, dark hair, was doing good for what support he had.
In our case, we had a guy called Loic who seemed either tired, confused, hung over or something else was severely distracting him from actually concentrating on doing his job.
For the customers in front of him, (I'm sure the others too apart from us, family of 4), he did not seem to be able to listen to our requests and orders despite spending a long time typing "something" onto a handheld ordering device.
It was that bad my son went up and got his own drink and I nearly had to take my desert into the kitchen as they brought it with nuts on top which I had specifically requested not to have.
Completely dissapointing time there and a meal which must have taken nearly 3 and a half hours to get dealt with. The feeling myself and family have been left with is the staff don't want to be there and don't care and we as customers don't deserve acceptable service.
Just basics like a drink and clean cutlery would be good...a next step up would be better designed restaurants, the modern ones don't have the character of the more traditional ones, not a lot of space to sit as we were waiting for about 15 mins to even just be seated.
And another thing to note about the poor introduction ad well as the queuing was the fact we got no bread and salad bowl as seemed to have been a standard tradition.
On our next holidays in France, we are likely to give Buffalo Grill a miss for a couple of years to see if things change.
One more thing to note would be a bit more choice on the menu, it feels a little restricted and lacking choice but also options. More sides, starters and better variety of burgers would be a good start. A chicken and bacon bbq famous burger,...

Malheureusement, la petite pause déjeuner prévue sur notre trajet de 6h s'est transformée en une interminable attente de 2h. Le repas avait pourtant commencé avec des petites salades offertes pendant que nous choisissions nos plats. Première attente. Personne ne vient prendre notre commande. Commande prise, deuxième attente, très longue. Nos plats arrivent enfin. Mais pour pouvoir nous désaltérer nous avons dû demander à 3 serveurs différents avant d'enfin recevoir une carafe d'eau. Mon carpaccio était correct, le steak au poivre également, en revanche, le burger classique extrêmement sec et sans sauce a l'intérieur ( donc un morceau de viande entre deux tranches de pain sec ) et le burger au bleu reçu sans sauce au bleu a l'intérieur non plus. Nous avions également pris 3 maïs en supplément et l'un d'entre eux était complètement brûlé. Nous n'avons pas osé le renvoyer en cuisine de peur d'attendre encore une heure supplémentaire. Nous décidons quand même de prendre des dessert en nous disant que ceux ci seraient vite servi. Ce fut malheureusement probablement la plus longue attente que nous avons eu. D'autant plus qu'à leur arrivée, les desserts semblaient eux même avoir attendu un certain temps. En effet, la coupe glacée était fondue et les bananes "caramélisées" étaient froides. Nous avons eu beau chercher la caramélisation, nous ne l'avons jamais trouvée. Nous avions plutôt l'impression qu'elles avaient été passée au micro-onde. Et pour couronner le tout le brownie sensé être servi avec une sauce chocolat et arrivé avec une sauce peanut butter. Et tout ça pour un prix plutôt élevé ( plus de 20€ par personnes ) Heureusement, il y avait de la climatisation et nous avons pu passer ces deux longues...

Attentive to requests and if possible they just do it. What?
