Je me suis rendu il y’a 1 semaine et demi . Erreur sur ma commande. Alors je demande gentiment a la femme qu’il y’a une erreur sur ma Commande . « ELLE ME CRIE DESSUS, EN ME DISSANT SI VOUS AVEZ COMMANDEZ SA EN HURLANT » je précise. Pas de au revoir ! Et service client 0 . Meme si y’a des choses qui sont bon dans leur menu mais je n’y retournerai plus jamais car madame m’a crier dessus 2 fois et irrespectueuse

Les formules maki étaient bonnes, rien à dire sur la qualité des produits. Par contre, l’accueil a été glacial du début à la fin. Quand j’ai demandé une précision sur les ingrédients, on m’a juste répondu “ouais” sans plus d’explications. À la fin du repas, quand j’ai demandé à emporter, aucune réponse, on m’a simplement pris le plateau des mains. Vraiment une ambiance très froide, on ne s’est pas senti accueillies du tout, et c’est dommage car ça gâche l’expérience....
