⚠️ ATTENTION FOREIGN TRAVELERS: AVOID THIS RESTAURANT IF POSSIBLE!! If you don’t speak French, proceed with extreme caution, especially when ordering wine.
This restaurant appears to engage in dishonest practices, such as presenting a much more expensive bottle than what was requested, without clearly confirming it. The price discrepancy is often only discovered at the end when you’re handed a shockingly inflated bill.
This did not feel like a misunderstanding. It came across as a deliberate bait-and-switch, seemingly targeting travelers who may be unfamiliar with the language or the wine list.
I’ve shared my experience across multiple travel forums to help protect others. Please don’t let the language barrier turn you into a target.
💡 TIP – IF YOU STILL CHOOSE TO DINE HERE: • Point directly to the wine on the menu. • Ask them to repeat the name and price clearly before confirming. Stay alert and make sure your dining experience is one you’ll remember for the...
Read moreThis was probably the most disappointing experience.
Food was really nothing special, except for the decoration which was similar for all dishes. Nothing amazing about the taste.
2.. we choose 3 small menues 70 euro each, wine for 200 euro, had some Champaign (apparently 30-35 euro per glass of ordinary veuve clicquot..
Out total bill was 780 euro and that is the big mystery.
At arrival, we were asked if we want to have some salad with truffles, which is not part of the menue. No one mentioned or showed the price. Scam!!!! And to agree to this cost us at least 200 euro - the amount which could potentially explain the total bill.
Obviously in this kind of “super Michelin guide restaurant” you don’t want to enter into discussions over you bill. So we paid and left feeling that we have been ripped off.
And … no one even said a proper thank and good buy. Strange that they don’t care. And not very clear why it seems to be always fully booked … it is always “the last table”…))) don’t think they have any repeat customers

Read moreFood is good but the interest of the full dinning experience is lost when you find out that you have had to tell everything you wanted to eat when you phone to reserve the table , unfortunately they don’t advise you to do so as dishes may not be available and that you may not be able to modify in case of special diet/preference And last, if you go with a child ask for the 5 courses menu , it will cost less than just the main dish (that we only knew with the bill...it’s true that we didn’t bother to ask for the price list as on the phone the lady said we can just do a dish (part of the menu), so we assume that wouldn’t be more expensive than the menu, it turned out 20% more...
