Many negatives, I went here with my family and straight into the kids’ 'room' for my children to lose some energy.
I was immediately disgusted by the filth of the room. Each table was covered in dried spill stains and food crumbs. The floor was littered with rubbish and even the play area had tissues and food wrappers scattered around.
We where there for 30 minutes and only once did a member of staff arrive and all that was done was the first food ‘bin’ was emptied, but that was all. I was in shock so I took the attached photos. Before I wanted to say anything, I decided to take a look around the rest of the restaurant and there were a couple of other things I noticed. A ‘manager’ was behind the counter who wasn’t wearing a McDonalds uniform which if extremely unusual. The member of staff assigned to the ‘café’ was missing and a customer was waiting. One member of staff was wiping the floor with a mop. The third that I could see was walking about aimlessly. I then went to check the Gents bathroom and was really disgusted. The floor was sticky, a mat was placed under the sink and it was badly stained. When I got back our food had arrived. The burger I got was filled with old lettuce and the edge of the burger was burnt and the chips were cold. For a McD’s so close to a large shopping centre it is amazing a better effort hasn’t been made to make this restaurant more successful.
My suggestion, avoid this place is an alternative is possible. Don’t bring kids here, its scary the thought of how hygienic the...
Read moreClearly the worst Macdonald ever. Staff is incompetent and partying rather than focusing on clients, food is either burned or mixed up, drive orders are never filled properly, and focusing on volume more than quality. It’s clearly worth crossing the border and going to Swiss Mac Donalds where quality is without any doubt so much better, orders are filled properly, the staff is nicer. Swiss Macdonald prices are more expensive, but what’s the correct price for something we trash? The only reason to go to the shopping Etrembieres Macdonald is utter laziness because of the proximity to shopping mall, groceries and...
Read moreBonjour,
Bien...
